Every Signature Print is made to order rather than pulled from mass-produced inventory. Production and delivery times vary depending on the print format, size, and destination.

If you're purchasing artwork for a specific date or as a gift, I recommend ordering early—especially during the holiday season.

Prints are professionally packaged to protect them during transit. Packaging varies according to the size and presentation selected, with particular care taken to protect the print surface, edges, and corners.

Fine Art Prints are produced on premium fine-art matte paper with a refined, low-glare finish that preserves rich colour, detail, and tonal depth. They are shipped unframed, giving you the flexibility to choose a frame and presentation that suits your space.

Ready-to-Hang Metal Prints are produced on smooth white aluminum for a clean, contemporary presentation with vibrant colour and exceptional detail. A concealed back-frame mount and hanging hardware create a subtle floating effect and allow the artwork to arrive ready to display.

Choose a Fine Art Print if you prefer the traditional character of a premium paper photograph, want the flexibility to select your own frame, or are looking for the most affordable way to own one of my photographs.

Choose a Ready-to-Hang Metal Print if you want a finished contemporary presentation without having to purchase a separate frame. Metal is an excellent choice for vivid landscapes, cityscapes, aerial photography, northern lights, and other images with strong colour and detail.

No. Fine Art Prints are intentionally shipped unframed.

This keeps the artwork more affordable and gives you the freedom to select a frame, mat, and presentation that complements both the photograph and your own décor.

Yes. Ready-to-Hang Metal Prints include a concealed back-frame mounting system and hanging hardware.

The mount creates a subtle floating appearance away from the wall and eliminates the need to purchase a separate frame.

Available sizes depend on the photograph, its composition, source resolution, and the selected print format. The sizes offered for each photograph are shown directly on its product page.

Panoramic photographs display their own wider dimensions rather than standard 2:3 sizes.

I only offer a print size when the original photographic file has sufficient resolution to produce it to my quality standards.

Some photographs can be printed exceptionally large, while others have a more limited maximum size. Rather than artificially enlarging every image, available sizes are selected according to the resolution and composition of the individual photograph.

Possibly. If you need a particular size for a specific wall or project and don't see it listed, please contact me with the photograph you're interested in and the approximate dimensions you require.

I'll determine whether the image and selected print format can accommodate the requested size.

Prints are made to order through Pictorem. Canadian orders are produced in Canada and shipped with tracking.

I carefully prepare each photograph for print, but screens and printed artwork reproduce colour and brightness differently.

Computer monitors, phones, and tablets also vary considerably in brightness, colour, and calibration. Small differences between the image displayed on your device and the finished artwork are therefore normal.

The finished print is produced to preserve the colour, detail, contrast, and character of the original photograph as faithfully as possible.

Unless specifically identified otherwise on the product page, Signature Prints are currently offered as open editions.

This allows me to make my photography available at more accessible prices while maintaining professional production quality.

Any future limited-edition releases will be clearly identified as such.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will review verified damage or production defects and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Each Signature Print is produced specifically for your order, including the photograph, size, and presentation you select.

Because these are made-to-order products, returns or exchanges for change of mind are generally not accepted.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me so I can help resolve the problem.

Production can begin quickly after an order is submitted.

If you realize you've selected the wrong photograph, size, format, or shipping information, contact me immediately. I'll do my best to help, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
